Cancellation & Modification Window

  • You may request a cancellation or change within 4 hours of placing your order.
  • After this 4‑hour window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be altered or cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

  3. Include your order number, full name, and a clear description of the requested change (cancel, update address, change quantity, etc.).

We will confirm receipt of your request within one business hour and notify you if the change or cancellation has been processed.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Homeandtell is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship your package.

After Fulfillment

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you receive an item you wish to return, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions.
