Order Exchanges

Please review your order carefully before placing it, including size, design, color, and quantity.
We do not offer exchanges for errors made during the ordering process. However, if you’ve made a mistake:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and place a new order with the correct details.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Cancellations made within this window are accepted but subject to a 10% cancellation fee based on the total order value.
  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.


Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and process refunds within 180 days of the delivery date for the following valid reasons:

Eligible Refund Situations:

  • Item(s) arrived damaged or broken
  • Received wrong item(s) (size, design, or material differs from your order)
  • Product has major differences from the description
  • Order is incomplete or missing key components

Ineligible for Refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Defective items not due to our error
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Minor imperfections such as loose threads or wrinkles

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.


How to Submit a Refund Claim

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
  • Clear photos or video evidence of the defect or issue
  • Screenshot of any related correspondence (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with instructions and return address details (if your claim is approved).

⚠️ Please do not return any items until you receive confirmation and shipping instructions from our support team.


Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We are not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed returns caused by the courier.
  • Please keep your return’s tracking number and share it with us after shipment.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and verifying your returned items.
  • We will send an email once your refund is approved and issued.
  • Your original shipping cost will also be refunded if the item is defective or incorrect.

Note: If your refund has not appeared within 10–15 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.

  • Unauthorized returns or ineligible items will not be refunded or returned to sender.
