How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return process, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page within 180 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for non-sale items within 180 days of delivery if the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Accompanied by a valid sales receipt
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for customer errors such as:
- Spelling or grammatical mistakes in personalized text
- Low-quality or incorrect images submitted
- Incorrect size or product ordered by mistake
- We highly recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free returns are provided for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Return shipping cost: $0.00 (for approved damaged/defective claims).
Returns Process
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address. Follow these steps:
- Prepare Your Package
Include a printout of your order confirmation email inside the return package. - Ship the Package
Use a local post office or courier service to ship the item to our warehouse. Be sure to retain your tracking number and share it with our team for tracking purposes. - Confirmation & Refund
When we receive your returned item(s), we’ll send an email confirmation and notify you of your refund or replacement status. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method if approved.
