Shipping Carriers

We ship using reliable carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Processing is done on business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding federal holidays:

    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email. Please allow 3–7 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you do not receive a tracking email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Visit our Order Tracking page (link to be inserted).

If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please Contact Us for assistance.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International addresses (outside the continental USA)

Incorrect Address Policy

To ensure timely delivery:

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay your order or result in it being returned.

Important:

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to the sender.
  • Returned items may be disposed of by the carrier or warehouse.
  • Re-shipping fees will apply for returned packages due to address errors.
  • We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being forwarded or redirected by the customer.
