Description
Dark, Deep And Washable
A deep pile area rug in charcoal that goes in the washing machine. The pile is polypropylene frisee, a twisted yarn that holds its shape through use and washing, and the back is rubber so it does not travel across a hard floor. Made for living rooms, bedrooms and hallways with real traffic.
Why You'll Love It
- Machine washable: a cool cycle takes care of what a vacuum cannot.
- Deep pile: a long, dense surface that feels generous underfoot.
- Rubber backing: holds the rug in place on wood, tile and laminate.
- Dark gray: a shade that hides everyday marks between washes.

A grounding dark rug for a room with light walls and lighter furniture.

Every size on our product pages is the flat measurement of the item itself, in inches. Use the tables below to work out which one you need, and when you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
Blankets and throws
| Size | Works for |
|---|---|
| 39" x 59" | A throw for an armchair or the end of a sofa |
| 59" x 79" | A twin or full bed, or a generous throw for a sofa |
| 79" x 91" | A queen bed |
| 90" x 98" | A king bed |
A blanket on a bed should hang over the sides, so measure your mattress width and add roughly 20 inches if you want it to drape.
Sofa covers
Sofa covers are listed as depth by length. The length is the part that matters: measure across the seat from the inside of one arm to the inside of the other, and choose the cover that is equal to or slightly longer than that measurement.
| Length | Usually fits |
|---|---|
| 28" to 35" | An armchair or a recliner seat |
| 59" | A loveseat |
| 71" | A two seat sofa |
| 83" | A three seat sofa |
| 94" | A four seat sofa or a long sectional side |
Seat counts differ between makes, so treat these as a starting point and trust your own tape measure over the label on your sofa.
Bath mats
| Size | Works for |
|---|---|
| 21" x 21" | A square shower floor |
| 28" x 15" | A standard shower tray |
| 30" x 17" | A wider shower or the step out of a tub |
| 24" x 35" | The length of a standard bathtub |
Measure the flat part of the floor, not the whole footprint. Suction cups need a smooth surface to hold.
